Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package fee is required to secure your booking. 2.Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, rescheduling is permitted with a minimum notice of 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. 3. Payment: The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. 4.Additional Charges: Any additional services requested during the shoot will incur extra charges. 5.Privacy: Fhotoberry Studios respects client privacy and will not disclose personal information without consent. 6. Liability: Fhotoberry Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the photoshoot. 7. Model Release: Clients consent to Fhotoberry Studios using images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing. 8. Agreement: By booking a photoshoot with Fhotoberry Studios, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
